When was the last time you and your girlfriends spent some real time together? (And no, instant messenger or Facebook commenting does not count.) If you’re having trouble remembering, then a girlfriend’s vacation getaway should be at the top of your to-do list.
Studies have shown over and over that time with friends makes you happier (duh) and even healthier and more likely to live longer. Even (or maybe especially) if you’re in a relationship, time apart with your close friends is extremely good for you.
