Add a shimmering, cream-based shadow — like Bobbi Brown Longwear Cream Eye Shadow, $22 — to inner eye corners. To do it dramatically:
Step 1: Pick a metallic tint that complements the crayon you just used. We suggest Starry Night or Black Pearl.
