Turquoise Eyes
Bright turquoise eyeshadow may seem a tad on the crazy side, but bear with us here. Pretty turquoise is a great way to play up your eye color, and it’s a perfect icy cold look for the winter. Celebrity makeup artist Rachel Wood tells us how to get turquoise eyes without veering into clown territory:
1. First, apply a primer to your eyelid so the shadow will stay put.
2. Using a brush, apply a bright turquoise-colored eyeshadow like Sephora Collection Eyeshadow in Swimming Pool, $12, over your eyelid and blend out into the crease.
3. For a bolder look, trace a thin line under your lash line for an extra touch of turquoise.
4. Finish with two coats of mascara.
