No. 6: Casual Crown Braid
If your hair is a little damp after a day in the sun, try a fuss-free summer braid. Fowler tells us how to get this easy updo:
1. Start a French braid beginning at one side of your head just above your ear. For a step-by-step guide to getting the perfect French braid, click here.
2. Braid along the entire backside of your head, using a light spray wax, like Paul Mitchell Spray Wax, $12, to help keep your hair in place.
3. Finish by tucking in the tail of your braid behind the left side of your ear using a bobby pin.
