We should know: Most of us have been poor, post-college grads working our way up the editorial ladder — and trying to look good while doing it. We rounded up the top 8 frugal fashion bloggers and gave them a dare: Put together your best summer outfit. The twist? Everything from head to toe has to cost less than $100 — and no cheating with mom’s vintage Chanel handbag. Needless to say, these ladies were up for the challenge of creating high fashion on a budget. And we want YOU to choose the winner.
