Cinderella stake out, take down
When Rihanna walked the red carpet at Glamour Magazine’s Women of the Year awards, the bar was set high for this star. With a tailor-made white gown, hair newly minted in an auburn-meets-chestnut hue and makeup so delicately feminine, Rihanna was reminiscent of a modern-day Cinderella. “The metallic hues look excellent on Rihanna, because they compliment her natural skin tones and add subtle allure,” Bass says. You too can copycat her makeup:
Step 1: Choose a neutral matte lipstick and a shadow compact that houses two or three different metallic shades.
Step 2: Use the palest shade from lashline to crease, and then add the others along the crease line for a more dramatic flair.
Step 3: Finish the look with black eyeliner and mascara, of course.
