Rygorsky personally loves “the look of larger-sized abstract watercolor prints on plus-size gowns, and maybe a style that is form-fitting across the bust and then gently flows out from there.” And while it’s normal to be concerned about wearing a dress that’s too tight, don’t go too big either. Cox says that many plus-size women make the mistake of wearing too much fabric, and covering up too much. “Instead, pick a dress that has stretch, and hugs your curves. It should move with you,” she says.
