FACE
Foundation / Concealer Penelope's beautiful Mediterranean complexion doesn't need much help from a bottle, but even the most gorgeous skin can use a little help covering dark circles and imperfections. To get this look, apply a light-weight foundation with a brush to those areas of your skin that need to be evened out. Now apply concealer with a brush under eyes and on top of blemishes to cover dark circles and imperfections. By applying concealer after foundation, you can avoid over-doing it. After you apply blush (below), dust lightly with a multi-colored highlighter instead of loose powder to set makeup. This will accentuate the rich color of olive skin instead of covering it up.
Blush Apply a gel blush in a berry color to give cheeks deep flushed color.
EYES
Eyelid Start by applying concealer to the entire lid to even out color. This will also helps shadows last longer. Cover the lid and entire lid area in a pink-brown shadow.
Crease Using a soft crease or tapered brush, apply a chocolate brown shadow along the crease of the eyelid. Use back and forth sweeping motions, like a windshield wiper, to color in this area.

Hilite Use a lighter shade of pink just under the arch of the brow to hilite eyes. Put a tiny amount of the hilite color on your brush and sweep along the entire lower lash line to add contrast to the dark eyeliner.
Eyeliner Line the upper and lower lash line with a dark brown . Keep the line thin and as close to the lashes to start. Build on each line until you have the desired thickness. Define the inner corners for extra glamour.
Brows Color in an bare spots and define brows with a brow pencil.
Mascara Curl lashes and apply two coats of black mascara.

LIPS
Line lips with a berry liner one shade darker than lipstick. Apply lipstick and blot with a tissue before adding a second coat. Repeat the process if you want to be double-sure of its staying power.
