To recreate our favorite Angel's warm healthy look, try the following: |
FACE |
|
|
| Foundation / concealer
|
This is a very warm, toasty look, that focuses on the eyes and lips, so
apply your concealer and foundation sparingly. Use concealer under the eyes and in the inner corners to minimize dark
circles. Use a yellow-based shade.
Try a powder foundation to even out the look without looking heavy. Use a damp sponge. Apply over
concealer and to any areas of uneveness. Use the clean side of the sponge to blend, blend, blend. |
| Blush |
Blush generously to give face a warm glow. Try a peach or pink shade. Apply only to the apples of the cheeks. Blend well (it's always about blending). |
| EYES |
|
|
| Eyelid |
Use a pearly golden brown (not dark brown) to cover the lid. |
| Crease |
In the crease of the eye, apply a coppery or golden brown. |
| Hilite |
Use a pearly pale green along the brow bone. |
| Eyeliner |
Get a two-tone thing going on with the liner, with pearly avocado green on the
top. For the
lower
rim, you can use the brown eye shadow you used on the lid. Apply with a damp liner brush. |
Brows |
Try an auburn pencil to complete the whole redhead thing. Use a sharp pencil and make short, quick strokes to
fill-in and shape brows.
|
Mascara |
Don't use black. It will be
too harsh. Use brown or a black-brown. |
LIPS |
|
|
|
Line with a peach or melon
shade. Fill with a matching gloss or lipstick. Add a dab of gloss or petroleum jelly afterwards if you use lipstick. |
